Clinical Supervision

  • Professional clinical supervision tailored for paediatric Occupational Therapists to strengthen skills, confidence and clinical reasoning.

  • Guided mentorship from an experienced senior clinician with formal training and over 15 years in paediatric practice.

  • Over 15 years supporting therapists’ professional growth through reflective practice, real‑world guidance and personalised development.

We understand that growing as a paediatric Occupational Therapist requires more than training. It requires mentorship from those who have navigated the journey themselves. At Sensia Health, our specialised supervision service is designed for early to mid‑career Occupational Therapists committed to excellence in paediatric practice.

Guided by a senior clinician with over 15 years of paediatric OT experience and formal training through the Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) Supervision Program, we support therapists to strengthen clinical reasoning, refine interventions, and navigate complex client assessments with clarity and confidence.

Professional supervision helps therapists build resilience, enhance ethical decision making, and sustain high-quality practice. It’s more than discussion; it’s tailored mentorship that supports your ongoing development, reflective practice, and professional growth.
