Our JumpStart Graduate Program has been developed by experienced clinicians who know the challenges that new grads face. Rest assured, we will be there to support you!
We limit the number of Graduate roles available each year to ensure that you receive the support that you deserve as you transition to full-time work and beyond.
What does a Graduate year at Sensia look like?
1. Induction Period
A 2-week induction period for you to meet your new team and navigate the workplace.
2. Program Progression
Systematically work through each clinical topic area of our JumpStart Sensia Graduate Program.
3. Weekly Supervision
Weekly 60-minute one-on-one supervision with a Senior Therapist to mentor you as you build your caseload and beyond!
4. Team Support
Build your support network with experienced therapists from our multidisc team, who are always available to answer questions or bounce ideas off throughout the day.
6. Caseload Growth
Build your caseload slowly as you settle into full-time work at Sensia.
7. Monthly In-Services
Attend regular in-services that are mapped out on our annual PD roster, on topics relevant to your professional practice.
7. Clinic & Community
Work in our fully resourced clinic and out in the community (e.g. schools, day cares, client homes).

10. PD Allowance
Utilise your annual Educational Expense allowance to build your clinical skills with external Professional Development that aligns with your learning plan.
