Carol Bahsoun
Director. Occupational Therapist.
With over 14 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, Carol brings both clinical expertise and visionary leadership to Sensia Allied Health. After founding The OT Clinic in 2014 and later rebranding to Sensia Allied Health in 2021, Carol has grown the clinic into a thriving, multidisciplinary team committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Her expertise spans paediatric therapy, intensive suit therapy, and mental health, with a strong clinical interest in sensory processing, an often-overlooked area that has a profound impact on daily living, independence, and community participation.

Lauren
Occupational Therapist/Clinical Lead
Lauren is passionate about helping children and their families achieve their goals, and this passion is the driving force behind her approach to therapy. She resonates with the value of "Passion Drives Purpose", as she continuously strives to expand her knowledge and find new ways to support clients in reaching their full potential.

As a child, Lauren dreamed of becoming an art teacher, spending hours creating, painting, and drawing. Perhaps that is why she is known as the “template guru” of Sensia, with the ability to think outside the box and personalise therapy strategies for clients.
Outside of work Lauren stays active by chasing after her two energetic children—having swapped her gym junkie days for fun family time instead! Her Spotify playlist is known to play a classic Disney hit or nursery rhyme these days, rather than her usual RnB classics or the latest pop hits!
Renee
Occupational Therapist/Clinical Supervisor
Occupational Therapist, Renee, works closely with clients to understand their unique needs, empowering them to gain independence in daily activities. By building on strengths and fostering a positive environment, Renee aims to improve the quality of life for those she works with, ensuring therapy is tailored to each individual’s specific goals.

A strong advocate for “celebrating small victories”, Renee integrates this value into her practice, whether it's with clients, families, or supervising new graduate therapists. Recognising even the smallest progress fosters confidence and motivation, helping to create momentum as clients work toward their larger goals.
Outside of work, Renee is passionate about staying active, loves a good weights session at the gym or going for a run. She is a proud pet parent to a little dog named Bear and her favourite holiday destination in Greece, where she can enjoy life’s little pleasures.
Zaynab
Occupational Therapist
Zaynab specialises in supporting children to develop their fine and visual motor skills, emotional regulation, social interaction, play, and self-care independence. With a strong clinical interest in fine motor development, she enjoys getting creative in her sessions to make therapy fun, engaging, and effective.

Outside of work, Zaynab is a big sports fan and keeps active by playing soccer, tennis, and boxing. Her dream holiday destination is Dubai, where she can indulge in great food, fashion, and shopping.
Georgia
Occupational Therapist
As an Occupational Therapist, Georgia works closely with children and their families to support development, build functional skills, and promote independence in everyday activities. With a strong belief in Sensia’s value Passion Drive Purpose, Georgia is driven by a passion for helping children thrive, connect, and grow.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys staying active by playing in her local netball team, going to the gym, and taking long Sunday walks. She’s known for her love of sport around the workplace and is always up for a challenge. Her go-to song is Pink Pony Club, and her favourite holiday destination is Austria. At home, she loves spending time with her dog, Charli.
Rochelle
Occupational Therapist/Team Lead
Rochelle is a passionate and committed Senior Clinician at Sensia, with a strong belief in the value of "Passion Drives Purpose." This gives her work meaning and direction, and has played a key role in stepping up into a leadership position within the team. Rochelle's dedication to helping others is what inspires her to continuously guide clients and colleagues toward achieving success.

Occupational Therapist
Fida works closely with children of all ages to enhance developmental skills and improve daily functioning.
Fida enjoys working with children who have sensory processing disorders, helping them develop strategies to manage sensory stimuli and respond more effectively to their environment.

Jasmine
Occupational Therapist
Jasmine (or Jas as she’s known), is a qualified therapist and an expert in paediatrics. She also has experience in Astronaut Training protocol for those kids wanting to go to the moon - kidding! Her clinical areas of interest include executive functioning, emotional regulation/mental health, parent education, and group therapy/program development.

Passionate about holistic care, Jas believes in understanding the interconnectedness of the body and brain, recognising that each client brings unique experiences and strengths. This perspective drives her approach to creating individualised, evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with families.
With over 16 years of experience in the performing arts industry, she is always looking for an excuse to include dancing and singing in sessions. When she’s not working, Jas enjoys exploring new skills including gymnastics, boxing, and calisthenics. Jas is known around the workplace for her organisational skills, love of deep conversations and fun facts!
Karina
Occupational Therapist
Karina is passionate about supporting children through a child-led, play-based approach. She has a strong clinical interest in sensory processing and enjoys exploring how children uniquely engage with their senses to stay regulated and connected to the world around them. She is also inspired by the DIR Floortime model, which guides her commitment to meeting each child where they are developmentally and emotionally.

Kiera
Occupational Therapist/Clinical Supervisor
With a passion for connection and a heart for early intervention, Kiera brings a thoughtful and relationship-based approach to therapy. Her focus is on building strong, meaningful relationships as the foundation for communication and learning.

Occupational Therapist
Monique is a caring and dedicated therapist with a passion for supporting children to build the skills they need to thrive in everyday life. She has a particular interest in social skills and emotional regulation, and loves helping children grow in confidence, connection, and independence.

Jeanette
Occupational Therapist
Jeanette is a passionate Occupational Therapist who loves supporting families and communities. With a strong focus on early intervention and early childhood development, she brings a warm, relationship-based approach to her work, using child-led play to create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences.

Houda
Speech Pathologist
With expertise in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and early intervention with parent training, Houda is passionate about helping children find their voice and supporting families to feel confident in their therapy journey. Her clinical interests include AAC and feeding, where she takes a child-led, play-based, and multi-modal approach to ensure therapy is engaging and effective.

Suruthi
Speech Pathologist
Suruthi is a Speech Pathologist who has a passion for making therapy fun and engaging. She believes that games and play are not just tools, they’re the secret to a child’s progress and their heart.

Evelyn
Speech Pathologist
Evelyn is a Speech Pathologist with a passion for supporting children across all stages of language development. From those first babbles right through to confident, complex communication. She has a strong interest in early intervention, language delays and disorders, AAC (especially LAMP), and school-age literacy, and loves helping each child find their own voice in a way that feels natural and empowering.

Speech Pathologist
Sana is a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting children in their communication and early language development. While she continues to build her skills across a range of areas, she has a strong interest in early language intervention, parent-led strategies, and is beginning to explore the world of AAC.

Physiotherapist
Asra’s expertise lies in paediatric physiotherapy, with a particular focus on gross motor development, early childhood milestones, and neurorehabilitation. She strives to deliver client-centred care that is not only effective, but also fun and engaging for the children she works with.

As one of the first friendly faces you’ll see at Sensia, Jess plays a key role in creating a welcoming and smooth experience for every family who walks through the door. No two days are the same in the admin space and Jess is at the centre of it all, ensuring everything runs with care and precision.

Receptionist
Erin is one of the friendly faces at reception, where she helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for every child and family who walks through the door. A current Occupational Therapy student, she brings a strong interest in the allied health space and takes pride in the behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running smoothly.
